Our employee engagement and wellbeing company has been awarded this accolade at HRTech in Chicago.

Employee engagement and wellbeing company LifeWorks was last night voted the world’s Next Great HR Technology Company at HRTech in Chicago. The company scooped the prize at the world’s leading tech-focused conference for the HR industry after going up against seven other finalists in a voting process which incorporated the views of industry leaders alongside the results of an online and public vote.

The eight finalists were each coached through the live final by a well-known industry expert, held in the format of popular talent contest The Voice, with LifeWorks teaming up with George La Rocque, Principal Analyst and Founder of _#HRWINS_.

Speaking from Chicago, Jamie True, Founder and CEO of LifeWorks said, “It was an honour to be selected as a participant at HRTech as the Next Great HR Technology Company.

We are immensely proud of winning this accolade as it validates our strategy in delivering wellbeing and engagement by putting employees at the heart of their organisation. Our mission is to make employees feel loved and unlock their full potential. – Jamie True, CEO & Founder LifeWorks

George LaRocque, Principal Analyst and Founder of #HRWins added, “I selected LifeWorks to coach as a new vendor for Discovering the Next Great HR Technology Company knowing that employers are looking for tech to give employees that is simple to use and supports their overall wellbeing. LifeWorks provides employees with an engaging experience, accessed from any device, that really enhances the overall employee experience. I’m not surprised that the audience agreed and they won.”

Jamie True added, “The world of work is changing faster than ever before. Creating an environment where employees are happy and healthy is essential to the success of any modern day business. For business leaders, ensuring their staff feel valued and are therefore more productive and less stressed should be at the top of their priority list.”
