LifeWorks opens customer care centre in Dublin
Published by: LifeWorks,
In the wake of its recent acquisition by Morneau Shepell and expansion into Australia, LifeWorks today announced the opening of a Care Access Centre in Dublin, Ireland.
The opening of this Care Access Centre represents a very significant step in our global growth strategy, solidifying our commitment to improve the business of our global customers and the lives of their people by allowing us to scale our care and support.
The Care Access Centre will see a dedicated team support two of our major global insurance partnerships, Allianz Group and Irish Life Health, with the ability for future growth and new partnerships.
When people struggle with their mental health, we have dedicated and expert counsellors available all day, every day of the year to take that call. Through our Care Access Centres, we provide the right care at the right time to ensure people are supported as they tackle mental health challenges.
Research carried out by Morneau Shepell in 2017 found that implementation of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) reduced presenteeism at an organization by 26% and reduced stress and anxiety at work by 13%.
Furthermore, in a survey of over 16,000 people, 22% reported an improvement in life satisfaction after receiving counselling via the EAP.
